Going along with Kelly's post, check out the Covers Blog by the design firm FWIS. This has gotten pretty popular, and one of the papers in NYC has added them to their books and literature page to do cover reviews as well.
They're firm website is pretty cool too... www.fwis.com. I like the way they so easily display all of their work
